Job Title: Regional Operations Lead

This is a leadership role that provides impactful management within a mission-driven environment focused on delivering high-quality employment support for individuals with disability, injury or illness.


About the Role
  • Provide strategic leadership aligned to Salvation Army values, mission and strategic plans.
  • Empower team performance and productivity, ensuring the team delivers commercial returns in line with operational plans.
  • Oversee multiple sites across the region, travelling to ensure locations are well-supported.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a deep understanding of local caseloads, employment and social trends; build relationships with key employers, services, schools, training providers and across local Salvation Army services.
  • Adapt servicing to local requirements and circumstances; innovate service approaches within a framework of evidence-based decision making.
  • Ensure compliance with National Standards for Disability, ISO accreditation and other quality initiatives and compliance requirements.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in leadership roles, preferably in non-profit sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
