About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Specialist to join our team. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all of our e-commerce channels, including third-party marketplaces. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing daily operations of e-commerce sites (Shopify and third-party marketplaces) to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  • Implementing, testing, and managing new site features and integrations, addressing technical issues promptly.
  • Maintaining accurate and compelling website content, including product descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Managing inventory, coordinating with the warehouse to update stock levels and release out-of-stock products.
  • Using online analytics tools and market research to identify growth opportunities and trends.
  • Continuously analyzing site performance to enhance conversion rates, customer retention, and revenue.
  • Planning and executing email campaigns, managing subscriber lists, and analyzing performance.
  • Implementing segmentation and A/B testing to optimize email effectiveness and drive sales revenue.
  • Working closely with the marketing team to keep websites updated with fresh content, including product images and banners.
  • Communicating with team members regarding new product arrivals and marketplace updates.

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Ecommerce Specialist who has a strong background in managing Shopify e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms and possess strong analytics and reporting skills, with expertise in Microsoft Excel. A degree in Marketing (BSc or MSc) or a relevant field is highly desirable. The successful candidate will also have a strong knowledge of the e-commerce market and marketing strategies, with preferred experience in the footwear, apparel, or consumer goods industries.
