About the Role- You will demonstrate a deep understanding of cutting-edge security strategies and their alignment to client needs. This will drive opportunities and deliver multi-service engagements.
- Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients by leveraging your extensive experience in security technology, digital identity, and end-to-end project delivery.
- Ensure performance objectives are set for each digital identity analyst within the team, including establishing KPIs, personal development plans, and training needs.
- Work collaboratively across diverse teams to understand individual strengths, weaknesses, and motivations.
- Maintain industry-recognized security standards compliance for digital identity projects and assessments, such as NIST SP 800-63.
You will lead small projects or be part of large engagements, delivering critical digital identity solutions and outcomes. You'll support senior digital identity specialists and empower digital identity analysts to perform at their maximum potential.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms and cloud digital identity technologies.
- Ability to apply best practice frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, ASD Essential Eight.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly explain complex concepts.
