About the Role

As a Student Success and Engagement Facilitator, you will play a vital role in supporting new and current international students' wellbeing and success. Your primary focus will be on providing quality advice and information to students, helping them navigate university life and achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality advice and information to international students on academic and personal matters
  • Assist in planning, promoting, and organizing engagement activities that foster a sense of community and belonging among international students
  • Connect students with relevant support services that can help them achieve their academic and personal goals
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of student support services

Requirements

  • A Year 12 or equivalent qualification
  • Considerable experience in an administrative role, preferably in a student-facing environment
  • Knowledge of relevant support services available to international students
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
