Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Payroll Officer to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of payroll regulations and laws, as well as excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

  • Process fortnightly/monthly payroll for all employees using SAP software
  • Ensure accuracy and timely payment of employee salaries and benefits
  • Administer payroll-related taxes, deductions, and other statutory requirements
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive payroll records and prepare detailed reports
  • Respond to employee inquiries and resolve complex payroll-related issues
  • Assist with automation and enhancements project work
About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced payroll professional who can make a significant impact on our organization's payroll operations.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years proven experience as a payroll officer in a high-volume environment
  • Strong knowledge of SAP payroll software highly advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Good understanding of payroll regulations and laws
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High-level computer proficiency in MS Office Suite
