Occupational Therapist Leadership Role in Northern Brisbane

We're seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Therapy Mentor in Northern Brisbane. As a consolidated or advanced clinician, you will support teams to implement evidence-based disability practice in their hubs and areas.
About the Role- You will be responsible for achieving clinical targets relevant to our Queensland hubs and providing input into therapy plans, raising clinical concerns, and offering solutions.
- You will also support mentoring team members completing their induction program, including new graduates.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Key Skills and Qualifications- Demonstrated extensive experience in Occupational Therapy, preferably in community-based settings with a focus on disability support.
- Tertiary qualified degree in Occupational Therapy, with current registration with AHPRA for clinical work.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Knowledge of contemporary therapy practices and services.
- A competitive salary package estimated at AU$85,000 - AU$105,000 per year, depending on experience.
