Logistics Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced logistics professional to oversee daily operations and drive continuous improvement across our supply chain function.

  • Coordinate warehousing, distribution, and transportation activities to ensure goods move smoothly, efficiently, and on time.
  • Lead a motivated team, manage stock accuracy through our Warehouse Management System, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver on business goals.
  • Develop and implement process improvements and new systems or initiatives to minimize delays and optimize performance.
  • Mentor and coach team members to develop skills and performance, and champion safety standards and compliance across all logistics activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
  • At least 1 year in a team leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems or inventory software.
  • Proven experience leading stocktakes and managing stock integrity.
  • A collaborative leader who can problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
