Experienced Residential Property Manager Wanted

Gough Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Property Manager to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of a luxurious riverside residential development.

The Role:

  • Property Maintenance: Ensure the common areas of the property are clean and welcoming, and handle minor repairs as needed.
  • Grounds and Facilities Management: Manage the upkeep of the property's gardens, entrance ways, and facilities, including rubbish removal and minor repairs.
  • Building Procedures and Policies: Develop and implement building procedures and policies to ensure the smooth operation of the property.
  • Inspections and Maintenance Planning: Conduct regular inspections of the property's grounds, facilities, and equipment to identify potential maintenance needs and plan accordingly.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate routine maintenance and major repairs, and prepare and manage contracts for services such as cleaning, maintenance, and security.
  • Owner and Tenant Support: Provide excellent customer service to owners and tenants, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Real Estate Licence: Hold a current Full Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration.
  • Experience: Have at least 1-2 years of experience in a caretaking or maintenance role, preferably in a residential setting.
  • WHS Experience: Have experience with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) in a residential setting.
  • Qualifications: Hold qualifications in a trade or trade-related field, or have equivalent experience.
  • Body Corporate Knowledge: Have a solid understanding of Body Corporate and schemes.
  • Computer Skills: Have basic computer skills and be proficient in using software relevant to the role.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with owners, tenants, and other stakeholders.
