About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new memberships for Health and Fitness and Learn to Swim.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve daily sales targets by providing exceptional customer service and promoting our services to prospective members.
  • Conduct tours of our facilities to showcase our services and facilities, with the goal of converting prospective members into ongoing subscribers.
  • Process memberships and data entry in accordance with company processes and policies.
  • Provide accurate and relevant information to prospective members, handling enquiries in line with company processes and systems.
  • Apply sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  • Demonstrate behaviours consistent with the Belgravia Leisure C.L.E.A.R Values.
