Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, identifying and recruiting potential candidates, evaluating resumes and applications, conducting interviews, and assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • They will also be responsible for completing paperwork for new hires, capable of business development and client relationship management, input into company services and future directions, and overall values based approach.
Requirements
  • The ideal candidate will have formal qualifications in Business, Logistics or Engineering and proven direct experience as a talent acquisition specialist within supply chain logistics.
  • They must have excellent understanding of recruitment processes, proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to work independently and also as part of a team.
  • The successful candidate will also have strong decision-making skills, deep understanding of 3PL, company-based Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Logistics, interest and ability to approach new clients and manage clients ongoing, ability to work cross-functionally with HR Consulting professionals, and continuous improvement approach to work processes.
