Career Opportunity: Waste Management Professional
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a waste management operator. This role involves operating and maintaining waste compactors, ensuring the efficient collection and disposal of waste. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating heavy machinery, a strong understanding of waste management principles, and excellent problem-solving skills.

About the Role

  • Operate and maintain waste compactors, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Collect and dispose of waste, adhering to health and safety protocols and regulations.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment.
  • Assist with training and mentoring new staff members.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A current MR Driver's License.
  • Previous experience in operating heavy machinery, preferably waste compactors.
  • A strong understanding of waste management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

What We Offer
