Job Role

We are seeking a skilled Waste Management Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for collecting and transporting waste from various locations across the facility.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in waste handling, with experience in operating vehicles and equipment. They will also possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to effectively interact with colleagues and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting waste of all streams from disposal rooms and storage areas.
  • Transporting waste to collection and processing points.
  • Maintaining the waste area, vehicles, and equipment in a clean and tidy state.

Qualifications:

  • Previous relevant experience in waste handling or related areas such as Environmental Services.
  • Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety principles, including safe manual handling and infection control.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
