- Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure ongoing compliance with governing legislation and regulations.
- Collaborate with our Clinical Nurse Manager and external specialists to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Promote positive relationships with residents, their families, and the broader community.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader who can bring a fresh perspective to our team. Your ideal background includes:
- Registration with AHPRA as a Nurse or Allied Health professional.
- Proven experience as a Facility Manager in residential aged care, with a strong focus on operational management and staff development.
- An empathetic approach, prioritising open communication and setting clear professional boundaries.
- Superb customer service and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A competitive salary range of $125k - $135k + superannuation benefits.
