Job Overview

This is a full-time role involving daily operation and maintenance of power stations, landfill biogas extraction systems and associated equipment.

You will work collaboratively with the site manager to ensure efficient operation of facilities, providing a safe and reliable energy supply.

Key tasks include:

  • Operating, maintaining and troubleshooting engines and plant/equipment
  • Monitoring and maintaining LMS biogas systems and flares, including field work
  • Start-up and shutdown of generator modules
  • Recording data, completing reports and conducting analysis
  • Scheduling maintenance for engine(s), flare(s) and plant/equipment
  • Completing safety assessments and associated paperwork
  • Performing oil sampling and analyzing results
  • Ensuring cleanliness in work areas
  • Responding promptly to call-outs when rostered on
