Job Title: Senior Support Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Support Associate to provide exceptional administrative support to our senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare correspondence for senior leaders.
  • Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare and maintain high-quality reports, documents, and governance materials.
  • Support regulatory filings and assist with projects related to legal and governance matters.
  • Coordinate Board meetings, events, and other logistics.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Experience in legal or corporate governance within a global organization is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools.
  • A collaborative mindset, professional presence, and discretion.
