We have an opportunity in our Perth office for a junior Senior Associate or Associate with 3-5 PQE and strong back-end experience to join our national team.
The back-end work involves representing top-tier contractors and principals in litigation, arbitration, adjudication proceedings, and dispute management throughout the project lifecycle.

The team offers comprehensive legal services across infrastructure, energy, resources, property development, and general construction projects, representing both private and government clients, as well as contractors.
Our team has worked on projects shaping Australia's cities and regions.
We provide end-to-end solutions, from project structuring, procurement, financing, and contract negotiations to contract administration and dispute resolution, overseeing projects from inception to completion.

In these roles, you will work alongside Partners Tom French and Alex Lowe, and their expanding team of back-end and front-end lawyers, with close contact with other leading lawyers across the national team working on large-scale projects in various jurisdictions.
More About You We welcome applications from lawyers with 3-5 years PQE, with specialist projects and construction industry experience, looking to advance their careers in a top-tier practice.
You should have strong legal knowledge, the ability to develop client relationships, and experience working on complex transactions and disputes.
