A corporate advisory position is now available for a junior lawyer with 0-2 years of post-qualification experience. In this role, you will work closely with experienced partners and other team members to provide legal advice on a wide range of corporate transactions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing various contracts and documents, coordinating due diligence activities, and preparing draft advices for clients. You will also have the opportunity to work on complex matters and develop your skills in commercial law.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts and documents

Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of post-qualification experience in a corporate practice group or in-house role
  • Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
  • Commercial awareness and ability to think creatively
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
