Optimizely Practice Lead

We are seeking a skilled Optimizely practitioner to lead and grow our Optimizely practice.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing Optimizely solutions that align to client goals and best practices.
  • Partnering with sales to craft compelling proposals and run discovery sessions.
  • Overseeing the implementation from start to finish, ensuring quality, scalability, and performance.
  • Recruiting, mentoring and leading a high-performing Optimizely team.
  • Championing client success by running workshops and positioning Optimizely as a driver of measurable outcomes.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years in a solution architect or technical leadership role, ideally with deep Optimizely experience.
  • Hands-on delivery experience with Optimizely CMS, DXP, and Experimentation.
  • A strong grasp of modern web technologies, .NET, Azure/AWS, and integration patterns.
  • Proven ability to lead complex digital projects and mentor engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills – comfortable translating tech into strategy.
