Aged Care Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator to join our Travelling Workforce Aged Care program. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to travel around Australia while working in various locations.

The role involves providing care and support to residents in our facilities, with guaranteed shifts available to ensure you can make the most of your time in each location. We offer flexibility and a way of working that suits your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to residents in our facilities
  • Working collaboratively with our team to achieve great outcomes
  • Developing and implementing individualised care plans

Requirements:

  • Current unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Previous experience in Aged Care
  • Willingness to travel and work away from home
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
