Executive Leader for Aged Care Services

We are seeking a seasoned executive leader to drive exceptional care and service delivery in our aged care facility. As the successful candidate, you will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding resident experiences, foster a positive culture aligned with our mission and values.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and retain a high-performing home team, promoting a resident-focused approach and driving quality improvements.
- Identify and manage business risks and growth opportunities, overseeing clinical, operational, and commercial impacts of capital works.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement for resident experience and their physical, emotional, and social needs.
You are an experienced and dynamic leader with a deep understanding of the aged care sector, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing trends.
