Improve People's Lives as a Receptionist in a Physiotherapy Clinic.

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our patients.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our clinic while supporting our practitioners in delivering high-quality care.

The ideal candidate should be able to work well under pressure, have a high level of attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and computer skills, and be flexible to cover holiday and sick relief as required.

Key responsibilities will include greeting patients, answering telephone calls, booking patient appointments, invoicing and receipting, Eftpos and Hicaps, general clerical duties, general housekeeping duties to maintain a cleanliness of clinic, assisting therapists in keeping a tidy environment, and all administrative aspects of the running of the clinic.

The right person for this role will be reliable, confident, and have excellent customer service skills.
