About the Position

The Associate Director, Learning Experience is a pivotal role that encompasses leading strategic initiatives to elevate the student experience and promote excellence in teaching and learning.

This is a full-time position based on our Melbourne CBD campus, but may require work and/or residence at other campuses.

About You
  • You are a dynamic leader passionate about advancing education and enhancing student experience.
  • With exceptional leadership skills and a strong ability to engage collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, you will design and develop education initiatives.
  • Your proven track record in managing high-level projects and strategic initiatives will be pivotal in elevating teacher capability and integrating innovative practices.
Main Responsibilities
  • Lead teams who support learning and teaching innovation in program delivery across five industry clusters.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with central support areas and broader teams as required.
  • Develop and implement education solution design projects of up to $10 million.
Essential Requirements
  • Strong leadership skills and demonstrated experience implementing quality learning design processes and improvements.
  • A strong record of innovative teaching underpinned by a deep understanding of contemporary learning theory.
  • Experience leading teams, managing staff performance, and mentoring and supporting teams encouraging a learner-centric mindset.
