About This Role

As a senior lawyer, you will be working on all aspects of health law, including defending allegations of medical negligence and referrals to the Medical Board. You will have the opportunity to work with award-winning partners and assist hospitals and doctors in managing complex legal issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist hospitals and doctors in defending allegations of medical negligence
  • Referrals to the Medical Board and Office of Health Ombudsman
  • Coronial investigations
  • Work with award-winning partners to deliver excellent client service

About Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a mid-senior level lawyer with a relevant law degree and experience in health law. You will need to have excellent communication skills, time management skills, and the ability to provide training and supervision to junior lawyers.
