We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality end-of-life care to clients and their families.

Job Overview:
Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional palliative care services throughout Queensland. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to engage with various communities and contribute significantly to our core belief that every Queenslander deserves the highest standard of palliative care within the comfort of their own home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to clients and their families
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Develop and maintain effective communication skills to address care requirements
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse Licence and Registration Certificate in the employing State
- Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent qualification
- Mid to senior level proficiency in general nursing, demonstrating clinical expertise and person-centered care approach
- Prior experience or ongoing pursuit of qualifications in palliative care, pain management, or acute care highly valued
- Demonstrated aptitude in effective communication and collaboration with clients and stakeholders
