About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Creative Team to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing innovative and impactful creative solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead creative concepts, direction, and tone for client campaigns.
  • Work closely with our team, clients, and stakeholders to bring cross-channel campaign elements to life.
  • Present work and meet with clients of all levels.
  • Take hands-on responsibility for project delivery and ensure quality of care.
  • Work as a mentor for junior/mid creative teams, offering support and direction.
Requirements
  • Evidence of delivering innovative campaigns with proven effectiveness.
  • A minimum of 6 years' creative agency experience.
  • Strong understanding of photography, typography, digital/social, and print.
  • Fluency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator CC.
  • Strong storytelling ability and understanding of marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in an agile environment and comfortable with change.
  • Understanding and experience presenting concepts and proposals to all levels.
  • Some experience leading on creative projects and developing creative teams.
