About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Lead to join our team in Australia. As a senior member of our Creative team, you will be responsible for leading and growing our Creative capabilities, delivering award-winning work, and guiding team members in taking briefs, arranging and running brainstorming sessions, and executing ideas.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering Creative and forward-thinking solutions, with a deep understanding of the Australian market and a passion for innovation. You will work closely with our global roster of world-class Creative and innovation team members, including our dedicated Futures Hub, to produce work that is best-in-class in Australia and around the globe.

Key responsibilities will include overseeing the creation of high-quality and engaging content, leading in producing Creative and strategic visions for clients, and working with clients to develop and implement an impactful design and content strategy. You will also be responsible for upskilling the Creative capabilities of current team members, hiring and building out your dedicated Creative team, and promoting the TEAM LEWIS brand, its identity, values, and work.

We are looking for a driven and influential leader with a strong background in Creative direction, a proven track record of success in securing new business and increasing client revenues, and a deep understanding of the software and applications involved in the Creative process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow Creative capabilities, delivering award-winning work
  • Guide team members in taking briefs, arranging and running brainstorming sessions, and executing ideas
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality and engaging content
  • Lead in producing Creative and strategic visions for clients
  • Work with clients to develop and implement an impactful design and content strategy
  • Upskill the Creative capabilities of current team members
  • Hire and build out your dedicated Creative team
  • Promote the TEAM LEWIS brand, its identity, values, and work
