About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated legal professional to manage files related to wills and estates.

  • Manage and coordinate work on wills, enduring powers of attorney, succession planning documents, probate documents, and other estate administration matters;
  • Prepare and execute a range of documents required for estate litigation, including affidavits and court documents;
  • Provide expert written and verbal advice to clients on various aspects of estate law;
  • Liaise with clients, respond to queries, and communicate effectively throughout the process.

Key Requirements:

  • Post-admission experience in estates administration or succession planning, preferably in a high-pressure environment;
  • A current practising certificate issued by the relevant state authority;
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently;
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality;
  • Demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders;
  • A proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
