We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wills and Estates lawyer to join our practice.

This exciting opportunity exists for a talented and experienced Wills & Estates lawyer to work on complex estate planning and estate administration matters for a loyal and growing client base.

The role offers autonomy, challenge, and the chance to play a key role in a thriving practice, while being surrounded by genuinely great people.

  • Advising on complex estate planning, including succession of trust structures and SMSFs
  • Business succession planning
  • Drafting wills, testamentary trusts, enduring powers of attorney, grant applications and letters of administration
  • Managing estate administration from asset realisation through to distribution
  • Delivering strategic, commercially focused legal advice to clients
  • Participating in business development activities to help grow the practice
  • Advanced drafting skills, strong attention to detail, and commitment to managing matters end-to-end
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a client-centric approach
