Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join the technical team at a key component of the European Space Agency's Estrack network.

We are seeking skilled technicians and engineers to contribute to cutting-edge missions and the space industry. As a Technical Support member, you will perform supervised technical tasks, including maintenance on IT, RF, and electronic systems, installation assistance, and logistics coordination.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Performing technical and maintenance support tasks
  • Providing installation assistance as needed
  • Delivering high-quality work during time-critical maintenance periods to ensure station readiness
  • Contributing to rocket launcher activities, occasionally outside normal hours
  • SUPPORTING shipment operations between facilities
  • Assisting in creating technical manuals, safe work procedures, and quality system documents

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications, experience in STEM fields, and a commitment to health, safety, and wellbeing. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Candidates will be required to relocate to Western Australia, where they will have access to shared vehicles and potentially receive relocation support.
