Job Role:

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for various warehouse tasks, including picking and packing orders, managing inventory stock, operating a forklift, and receiving and dispatching goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and Packing: Assembling stock orders with precision and accuracy
  • Container Unloading/Truck Loading: Ensuring safe and efficient loading and unloading of containers and trucks
  • Receiving and Dispatch: Managing the receipt and despatch of goods, ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Forklift Operating: Safely operating a forklift to move goods around the warehouse
  • Stock Preparation: Packaging and labelling stock ready for dispatch

Requirements:

  • A valid forklift license is essential for this role
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times, including steel caps, high-visibility shirt and pants
  • The successful candidate must be physically strong, able to lift up to 25kgs
  • A commitment to safe work practices, including manual handling, is required
  • A negative drug and alcohol test result is mandatory

Work Arrangements:

  • Day shift - approximately 6am to 2:30pm, Monday to Thursday, and 6am to 12pm on Fridays
