About the Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and experienced IT professional to join our team as a Workspace Platform Specialist. This role will involve providing expert-level support and troubleshooting for Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD) environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and maintain CVAD environments, focusing on virtualization and centralized application delivery.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to enhance and operate Citrix infrastructure, including StoreFront, NetScaler, GSLB, and Citrix Cloud.
  • Gain hands-on experience with MCS, golden image lifecycle management, and profile management.
  • Assist end users with connection, application, and profile-related issues.
  • Participate in infrastructure upgrades, such as VDA rollouts and StoreFront updates.
Requirements
  • Strong background in desktop or helpdesk support with a focus on infrastructure and workspace platforms.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and basic networking principles.
  • Experience with Citrix technologies, particularly MCS and image management, is desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach.
  • A strong eagerness to learn new technologies and take on bigger challenges in a collaborative team environment.
