Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Conducting regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the highest standard of care is maintained.
  • Managing and supervising care workers to ensure seamless delivery of services.
To Be Successful You Will Have:
  • A Bachelor of Nursing degree and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Knowledge of aged-care issues, including dementia-related disorders and management of challenging behaviours.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • A genuine commitment to providing empathetic and patient-focused care.
  • Experience working as a registered nurse in an aged-care centre environment.
