**Job Title:** Home Care Support Worker

**About the Job:** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Care Support Worker. In this role, you will provide support and assistance to elderly customers in their own homes, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as domestic assistance, personal care, and medication management
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to customers
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each customer
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other caregivers to ensure comprehensive care


**Requirements:**
  • Hold a current Australian Driver's Licence
  • Own registered and insured car (shared or rental vehicles not applicable)
  • Australian working rights
  • Available to work a minimum of 6 hours per day between 7am – 6pm, Monday to Friday (some weekend rosters available for experienced Carers)
