Job Description

As an Account Executive at Freshworks, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.

You will be responsible for:

  • Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through targeted outreach and engagement.
  • Developing and executing a territory plan to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
  • Building and managing a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Presenting and communicating the value of Freshworks' solutions to a wide range of stakeholders, from CXOs to technical and operational staff.
  • Collaborating with the business development team and leveraging marketing activities to enhance prospecting efforts.
  • Demonstrating a high-performance sales culture by consistently delivering results against quotas.

Key Qualifications

We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven individual with:

  • A minimum of 8 years of SaaS sales experience in the region.
  • A proven track record of finding and onboarding new clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • A can-do attitude with the drive to exceed expectations.
