Electrical Maintenance Strategy Coordinator

This role presents a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with cutting-edge innovation and a robust pipeline of projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive electrical maintenance plans for day-to-day operations and shutdowns, incorporating labour, materials, and tools requirements.
- Create and manage electrical schedules using Microsoft Project, identifying critical paths and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Maintenance, Engineering) to coordinate resources, procure necessary parts, and organize labour (internal and contractors).
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with HSE standards and permit requirements, maintaining a safe working environment.
- A minimum of 7+ years of experience in Electrical Maintenance Planning is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute multiple maintenance activities across remote sites, considering logistical challenges and complexities.
- In-depth understanding of maintenance planning philosophies, shutdown strategies, and their applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel and Project planning capabilities.
- Practical experience supporting production in mineral processing plants, with a proven track record.
- Strong knowledge and application of Pronto (CMMS) software.
