Financial Accountant And Admin Manager

This senior position is responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations and key administrative functions.

  • Manage comprehensive financial management, month-end close, and reporting
  • Liaise with external advisors and government agencies on tax filings and statutory audits
  • Support external audits and maintain accurate audit documentation
  • Maintain timely general ledger records and ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards and tax law
  • Manage administrative operations, including procurement, IT coordination, and office oversight
  • Perform additional accounting-related duties as directed by management
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting or corporate finance
  • Strong understanding of Australian accounting and tax regulations
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • CPA or CA qualification preferred
  • Experience in a multinational company environment an advantage
