**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Food Services Manager to lead our food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Manage day-to-day food and beverage operations, including ordering stock and rostering staff.
  • Ensure all areas are presented and cleaned to a high standard.
  • Develop strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Implement WHS procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional shift management and customer service skills.
