Area Director

As a key member of our leadership team, the Area Director will play a critical role in driving business growth and exceptional performance in their assigned region. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative company that is shaping the future of work.
Key Responsibilities:- Commercial Management: Deliver the development potential of the area, maximize profit potential and cash return, and review business performance to ensure alignment with targets.
- Sales Leadership: Foster consistent growth of quality revenue through development of existing and new sales channels, provide leadership on pricing and sales volume, and drive global-leading conversion of leads and enquiries into profitable sales.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, develop, manage, lead, and measure productivity of the area team, communicate area objectives, and establish personal objectives for direct reports.
- Operations and Customer Service: Ensure IWG operations processes are followed and well-executed, drive delivery of centre readiness and customer service standards, and own customer issue escalation within the area.
- A self-motivated leader with a real passion to grow the business and succeed.
- Commercially focused, results-driven with a strong track record of growing a business.
- Ability to read and interpret financial statements and reports.
- Proven ability to recruit, train, develop, manage, lead, and measure productivity of sales teams.
- Absolute commitment to high ethics and integrity.
- A skilled negotiator and confident commercial decision-maker.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
