Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced manufacturing professional to provide technical leadership and implement improvements in the manufacturing area. As a Senior Manufacturing Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing solutions to identified production problems, analyzing rejects to identify root causes, and ensuring adherence to quality systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides the first point of contact for yield, quality, and throughput issues
  • Identifies opportunities for safety, quality, and cost improvements on the manufacturing lines
  • Ensures NCRs and Concessions are processed accurately and effectively
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aeronautical, Biomedical, or Mechatronics)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar manufacturing role within a highly regulated industry
  • Experience in working within a Quality Management system
Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Medical device industry experience and an understanding of GMP
  • Process knowledge and experience
