Appeals Coordinator

A dynamic and experienced professional is required to support the Senior Advisor, University Appeals in the coordination of all appeal activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to prepare high-quality documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support for the coordination of all appeal activities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and continuous improvement in appeal processing
- Prepare high-quality documentation, reports, and professional communications
Essential Skills:
- Experience in providing high-level administrative support in both office and committee environments
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, exercise discretionary judgment, and solve problems independently
- Capacity to deal with a wide range of people, including university executives, academics, students, and their agents
