Beach Attendant - Water Sports Experience

Our water sports facility is seeking a friendly and experienced beach attendant to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the smooth operation of our water sports equipment, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests.

Your Role:

  • Assist guests with the use of all water sports equipment, including catamarans, kayaks, paddleboards, and snorkeling gear.">
  • Provide instructional lessons for guests, focusing on safety and ensuring they have a fun and memorable experience.">
  • Maintain all equipment, supplies, and facilities to ensure they are in good working order and presentable.">
  • Perform general repairs and maintenance on equipment as needed.">
  • Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a polite and efficient manner.">

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, patience, and attention to detail. You should be confident in and around the water, with experience in sailing, surf lifesaving, and snorkeling. A driver's license and relevant certifications (such as Exemption 38 or Coxswain) are essential.
