Your Role

As a Room Attendant, you'll play a key part in creating a welcoming and immaculate environment for our guests. Your attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness will ensure every room is a serene haven, reflecting The Sundays' commitment to comfort and excellence.

Where you'll make an impact
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Ensure guest comfort by providing fresh, spotless linen and attending to special requests promptly.
  • Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to your supervisor.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative housekeeping team environment.
What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and the patience to work effectively with team members. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time efficiently are essential in this role.

To be successful, you will need
  • Previous housekeeping experience is essential, ideally within a luxury or high-end hospitality environment
  • Attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
  • A positive attitude, good communication skills, and a team-focused mindset.
  • Physical fitness to carry a 10kg back-mounted vacuum cleaner and handle the physical demands of the role.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and holidays.
