Key Responsibilities:
- Advising corporate clients on commercial matters and providing business-oriented advice related to client contracts.
- Maintaining strong relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of significant transactional experience, preferably in an in-house environment, working on commercial contracts.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts in an in-house setting.
- Issue spotting and contract planning.
- Experience creating contract templates and/or managing contract databases is a plus.
- Must have full Australian working rights and be eligible to practice in Australia.
