Marketing Graduate Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Marketing Graduate to join our team at Bega Group. As a Marketing Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally across our Brand, Sales, and Category teams, supporting key projects in our eCommerce sales team and gaining valuable experience in sales planning and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support key projects in our eCommerce sales team, across some of our biggest customers
  • Learn how to achieve commercial results through sales planning and forecasting
  • Get exposure to P&L management, range reviews, project management
  • Bring insights and sales & marketing plans to life for eCommerce and in-store activation marketing
  • Learn how to effectively commercialise brand plans, including Marketing plan implementation
  • Support in new product development, from concept to in-store

Requirements:

  • You have recently completed a Bachelor or Post Graduate degree? (within the last 2 years)
  • You are available to commence full-time employment from January 2025?
  • You have full rights to live and work in Australia?
