Job Opportunity: Social Media Strategist
">We are seeking a highly motivated and creative professional to join our team as a social media strategist. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing an effective social media strategy, creating compelling content, and managing digital marketing programs.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Marketing and promotional copywriting;
- Developing and executing a social media strategy for audience engagement and growth;
- Creating content calendars, scheduling posts, and manually posting to achieve peak engagement;
- Managing social media accounts of directors;
- Community management - responding to direct messages;
- Google Analytics, performance marketing, and website statistics analysis;
- Liaising with the sales manager to build effective campaigns;
- Campaign idea generation based on extensive research and data analysis;
- Writing sales collateral, case studies, and media kits;
- Video script writing.
Requirements:
">- Self-confident and intelligent;
- Doer - with vast resources of energy;
- Confidently assertive;
- Sociable but focused on tasks;
- Love policies, procedures, and processes;
- Balanced view of the world, calling on facts while using intuition;
- Comfortable being held accountable;
- Initiative-taker;
- Some experience in the Disability or community services sector is an advantage.
