Senior Grocery Sales Executive Opportunity

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Senior Grocery Sales Executive. This role will be responsible for driving business growth by delivering tailored solutions to our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire and grow local hero grocers and single-aisle merchants in the region.
  • Possess strong communication and negotiation skills to qualify prospective leads, sell our services, and identify opportunities for joint growth.
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers to achieve mutual success and drive sustainable growth.
  • Negotiate deals and manage associated commercial and legal processes to ensure smooth execution.
  • Contribute to developing a best-in-class grocery and retail proposition in the region.
  • Collaborate with sales operations to analyze data and identify opportunities to improve sales strategies and execution.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of effectively managing a strategic pipeline and/or book of business, including opportunity/risk analysis, forecasting, and achieving metrics-based goals.
  • End-to-end sales cycle management from first touch to revenue generation, including handling objections related to product use and terms.
  • Executional excellence with the ability to deliver observable results and continuous improvements.
  • Strong communication skills and a consultative selling approach.
  • Commercial acumen and understanding of how businesses operate and how to navigate a partner's business.
