We are seeking a highly experienced professional to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service, commissioning, and troubleshooting in automation systems across various industries.
Responsibilities:
- Perform commissioning, maintenance and fault diagnosis of automation systems for a diverse customer base, onsite and remotely.
- Provide technical support and training to clients on automation functionalities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to develop solutions.
- Assist with project planning, estimations and execution.
- Evaluate compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience, at least 5-10 years in field service activities, specifically with automation systems.
- Strong knowledge of industrial automation, control systems, and process engineering.
- Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and optimize automation systems efficiently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to client sites, locally, interstate and potentially overseas.
