IT Service Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Service Manager to lead our technical teams and oversee the delivery of IT services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing IT service management processes, providing technical guidance to teams, and ensuring alignment with organisational IT strategies.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business; Technology; Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience implementing ITIL or similar frameworks.
- 5 + years of experience in IT service management, service delivery or related roles.
- 3 + years of experience in leading IT Service Teams.
You will join a team where you will be working alongside an exceptional group of individuals who are dedicated to delivering great work and creating a culture of support, learning and inclusivity. This is a hybrid role based in either our Melbourne or North Sydney office.
What You Will Do:
- Oversee the planning, implementation and delivery of IT services to meet business needs and service level agreements.
- Provide technical guidance to teams and ensure alignment with organisational IT strategies.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL or other service management frameworks.
- Lead, mentor and manage IT service delivery teams, including service desk and service delivery specialists.
- Provide advanced support for complex computing issues, working closely with service desk teams and end users to resolve problems.
