Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our leadership team as a Team Lead – Occupational Therapist. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing team, providing expert clinical services to clients and their families. The successful candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of occupational therapists, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure exceptional service delivery and client outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, efficiency, and productivity, aligning with company objectives and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and expand our services portfolio.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting career development and retention.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of company policies, procedures, and initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in occupational therapy, with a strong track record of leadership and management.
  • Postgraduate degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in team leadership, mentoring, and coaching.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
