About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Team Lead. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to our clients and their families, working with the client's care team to assess, set goals, develop solutions, provide interventions, and evaluate client outcomes.

You will also provide supervision and coaching to the team, taking a lead in annual appraisals and development plans, in accordance with the career pathways framework. Additionally, you will lead and oversee a high-performing team to provide evidence-informed clinical service delivery, maximize client outcomes, and meet agreed business KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to clients and their families
  • Work with the client's care team to assess, set goals, develop solutions, provide interventions, and evaluate client outcomes
  • Provide supervision and coaching to the team
  • Lead and oversee a high-performing team to provide evidence-informed clinical service delivery
  • Maximize client outcomes and meet agreed business KPIs
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 years of Allied Health professional experience
  • Strong relationship and people management skills
  • Experience in leading and mentoring a high-performing team
  • Demonstrated time management and organization skills
  • Effective and professional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
